Malaysia’s Official Reserves at $102.4 Billion on 29th December 2017

The international reserves of Bank Negara Malaysia amounted to $102.4 billion as at 29th December 2017 compared to $94.5 billion as at end-2016.

The reserves position is sufficient to finance 7.2 months of retained imports and is 1.1 times the short-term external debt.
